It discovers, presents and awards unique brands and brand builders &#8211; and not only advances the winners, but also their respective industries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neighbor&#8217;s favorite: about the residential project<\/strong><br \/>\nOn the central Schwelmer Strasse in the heart of Flingen, a new residential project is growing called &#8220;Hinz&amp;Kunz&#8221; that comes across as particularly young, fresh, new and progressive. The Munich-based project developer UH-Invest is behind the project. The D\u00fcsseldorf-based company Spormann Real Estate, Matthias Spormann, is responsible for sales.<br \/>\n&#8220;The name says it all, it sounds casual, modern, unconventional for a residential project. The down-to-earthness of Hinz&amp;Kunz combines with the special flair of the location in a hip neighborhood. The lifestyle of an urban neighborhood with 72 condominiums and four townhouses, in one of the liveliest districts of the state capital will become reality in 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hinz &amp; Kunz consists of three buildings with a total living space of 4,800 m\u00b2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haus Heinrich, with 18 apartments, impresses with a lavishly renovated historic facade.<br \/>\nHaus Konrad, which offers space for 54 apartments, and four townhouses in the inner courtyard, which are characterized by future-oriented and sustainable urban gardening.<br \/>\nThe apartments range in size from 27 to 150 m\u00b2 and feature efficient floor plans and stylish finishes.<\/p>\n<p>The Hinz &amp; Kunz residential project is looking forward to welcoming its residents.
