UH INVEST

The UH Real Estate Investment (“UH Invest”) group of companies has been operating under the holding company Ulrich Huber Beteiligungs GmbH since 2003. A wide range of real estate projects are realised in collaboration with other operational affiliates for project development and portfolio investment. Real estate investor Ulrich Huber is the main shareholder in the companies as well as the property companies. The management has long-standing experience in the real estate industry.

STRATEGY

UH Invest pursues project-specific investments in existing properties situated in prime locations that have current cash flow and the potential for medium-term increases in value.

INVESTMENT PRODUCTS AND LOCATIONS

Investment products and sites in top locations include office and commercial buildings, residential complexes, developable land and retail properties (commercial buildings earning a majority of income through retail business) in the pedestrian zones (highstreet) of approx. 50 medium-sized and major centres in Germany with strong retail figures.

CAR PARK REAL ESTATE

With the PARK1EUROPE company, car park properties are acquired throughout Europe and operated and managed by the Alpina Parking company, which has many years of experience in this field.
