Düsseldorf, June 10, 2021 Hinz & Kunz is delighted, as the residential project has been awarded the German Brand Award 2021 by the respected German Design Council in Berlin.
“We award the project from Düsseldorf for outstanding brand work:
“Winner” Hinz & Kunz in the category Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation – Brand Communication, Architecture and Buildings.”
Ulrich Huber, UH-Invest, commented:
“A terrific recognition for our special concept and the development of a central, courageous idea for a residential project that has already arrived in the state capital Düsseldorf and in the neighborhood in Flingern. Hinz&Kunz is winning hearts – and now the prize.”
The prize for successful brand management
Initiated by Germany’s design and brand authority, judged by a top-class panel of experts from brand management and brand science: the German Brand Award is the award for successful brand management in Germany. It discovers, presents and awards unique brands and brand builders – and not only advances the winners, but also their respective industries.
Neighbor’s favorite: about the residential project
On the central Schwelmer Strasse in the heart of Flingen, a new residential project is growing called “Hinz&Kunz” that comes across as particularly young, fresh, new and progressive. The Munich-based project developer UH-Invest is behind the project. The Düsseldorf-based company Spormann Real Estate, Matthias Spormann, is responsible for sales.
“The name says it all, it sounds casual, modern, unconventional for a residential project. The down-to-earthness of Hinz&Kunz combines with the special flair of the location in a hip neighborhood. The lifestyle of an urban neighborhood with 72 condominiums and four townhouses, in one of the liveliest districts of the state capital will become reality in 2023.
Hinz & Kunz consists of three buildings with a total living space of 4,800 m²:
Haus Heinrich, with 18 apartments, impresses with a lavishly renovated historic facade.
Haus Konrad, which offers space for 54 apartments, and four townhouses in the inner courtyard, which are characterized by future-oriented and sustainable urban gardening.
The apartments range in size from 27 to 150 m² and feature efficient floor plans and stylish finishes.
The Hinz & Kunz residential project is looking forward to welcoming its residents. Demolition work will begin at the end of 2020, with completion scheduled for 2023.
